STANDARD TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
The Estate Agents Act 1979 and Subsequent Orders and Regulations require us to clearly state our Terms of Business in writing before you instruct us to proceed with the marketing of the property.
All clients are covered by our RICS approved Complaints Handling Procedures
MAIN TERMS:
- Commission:1% of Sale Price NO VAT
- Photographs:Included
- Insertions in Local newspapers (if applicable) FIRST ADVERT IS INCLUDED IN FEE
- Property particulars / Brochures / Website Advertising:Included
- Erection & Collection of For Sale Board:Included
- Subsequent advertising charged at cost by Curran Associates.
Where further costs or other charges are to be incurred by us we shall first obtain your verbal authorisation in respect of these
Should your property be withdrawn from the market before sale you will be liable for reasonable costs incurred by Curran Associates, including sale board, brochures and adverts in press. Details of current charges are available in the office.
If your property is sold privately or by another agent to a purchaser who was introduced to the property by Curran Associates, the normal fully inclusive 1% fee will be payable.
